Stripping (Full Paint Removal)

We have removed Paint (Lead) from hundred of houses, we are fully equipped to remove it in the Safest way, this is the process that we will follow to remove paint from your house.

1. We'll Cover all windows in the house (tape & plastic) to avoid any dust get in to the house.
2. We'll Prepare and work one side at a time
3. Cover the entire side of the house using large blue tarps from the roof to the floor.
4. Cover all landscaping and floor areas
5. Removing paint using proper tools with hoses that take the debris straight to a HEPA Vacuum.
6. We will sand using disc sanders to get smooth surfaces.
7. Scraping and sanding areas where sanders doesn't fit. Trim, Molding, grooved surfaces that are not flat will be scrapped by hand.
8. We will clean the walls (dust)
9. We will apply Oil Base Primer and additional primer if needed (will be specified in your contract)
10. Check imperfections after the primer and prep trim areas, windows, columns, etc
11. Light sand areas primed, seal and caulk all openings, fill holes, etc.
12. Apply Paint
13. Put Shutters back, house numbers, finish all details.
14. Clean up, Pick up debris and equipment.
15. Walk through with Homeowner.
